The TIME SCHEDULE we are working on for Friday 5th April School Celebration is:
8:45am Trolley Derby Event and prize-giving. Everyone is invited to spectate this event.
- Best overall design celebrating Waipipi turning 150 years.
- Most creative design
- Longest distance travelled.
- Small speed course
11am School gala and fun events (All our families and whanau are welcome to join us and participate. (You can bring togs/towel along too!) Parents will oversee any students not enrolled at Waipipi School. (We are trying to get a nearby paddock organised for school parking on this day)
- Waterslide
- Pool
- Class run fun events- watch this space.
- Dress up competition 11am- Theme: what your great grandparents wore to school.
- PTA free Sausage sizzle
- PTA free Ice-creams
- Bring a picnic for your family.
- Classes will be open if you’d like to pop in and see some of the children’s work and thinking around our school being 150 years old.
2pm Events closed for the day. School clean up!
